這首 "Tell Laura I Love Her" 縱橫西洋歌壇數十年一直蟬聯 Billboard Top10 經典歌曲。乍聽之下以為這是一首浪漫抒情的男歡女愛，孰不知得不到的愛才真正的愛。男主角Tommy為了要得到愛人 Laura 的芳心。看到賽車的廣告單上的豐沃獎金而報名參加，心想只要贏得比賽獎金，要買給Laura的結婚戒指就有著落了。正準備出發前，Tommy撥通電話給Laura，可惜是她媽媽接的，Tommy只好請媽媽代為轉達「自己有多麼愛她」。
但是天不從人願「十次車禍九次快」，催淚落在第二段。最年輕最沒有經驗的Tommy在熱鬧刺激的賽道上繞了幾圈之後意外發生了。當眾人把Tommy的身體從扭曲的車體拉出來的時候，臨終的他還念念不忘愛人 Laura 想要告訴她"I Love Her"。
Laura接到Tommy離世的噩耗，曾經的海誓山盟如今卻變了個樣！說好的 "My love for her will never die" 怎麼不見了！Laura跪著禱告祈求上帝再讓Tommy重生，因為她依稀聽到Tommy哭泣的聲音。
