P.S. 相傳在聖誕夜前夕，耶誕老人會乘著由9隻馴鹿(Reindeers)所拉的華麗雪橇，挨家挨戶地給小孩子分送禮物。耶誕老人會將馴鹿及雪橇停在屋頂，然後扛著裝滿各式各樣的禮物袋子從煙囪緩緩爬進屋內，並將屬於這家小孩的聖誕禮物放在聖誕樹底下(另一說是放在掛好的襪子裡)。魯道夫（Rudolph）就是這9隻馴鹿的老大。以下就是這９隻馴鹿的英文名字：
